Vienna awaits!

 Getting ready for Vienna.

Thanks to IES Eduardo Primo Marqués and the Erasmus + programme I have been given the chance to travel to Vienna, one of the most important cities in Europe. This amazing city is full of history and art together with cultural references. Here is a short introduction of what can be done here:

The purpose of this journey is a job shadowing programme within the HTL Mödling School. Our school has been working with this school by means of an Etwinning project entitled " Our grandparents, the bridge to our future" . The experience has been great so far as both Spanish and Austrian students are engaged with the activities proposed.

During this journey I will be traveling with the Erasmus+ Coordinator, Gema Luis, whose main goal is to establish the details for our next Erasmus+ mobility with students named : "TOGETHER, towards a sustainable future!" You can follow their adventures here:

A stunning jobshadowing-etwinning- Erasmusplus exchange

 One of the most interesting points if this job shadowing was being able to meet in person  my twinning project collaborator Michael Kwas. Together we work on a project called "Grandparents, the bridge to our future." The first task was a general presentation - student's present themselves, followed by future jobs  expectation vs reality- Padlet activity where students have to write about their dream job, their parent's expectation regarding their children's future and also their grandparents expectations.   Other task was when they had to present their gran's lifestage.   My gran’s lifestage - presentation of grandmother or grandfather using the main life stages _ baby, toddler, child, teenager, adult and elderly. Discovering Austrian schools and weather

Question and Answer blog entry 😄 1. How does such a school work?  The biggest school in Austria is divided in to these departments:   Departments of Automotive Engineering,  Industrial Engineering,  Facility Management Engineering,  Mechanical Engineering,  Mechatronics ,  Electronics,  Electrical Engineering,  Wood Engineering,  Interior Design,  Environmental Engineering,  Construction Engineering and Civil Engineering.  2.
